Sear the cauliflower on the stovetop ( 2-3 minutes, each side ), and then put them on a balking sheet. Roast a 400 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Add some grated/microplaned parmesan cheese and a bit of balsamic vinegar, and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
