Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450. Scatter cherries, sugar, orange peel and vinegar. Stir and roast 25 minutes, stirring 3 times. In wide saucepan, pour win. Chop cherries into raisin size pieces, transfer mixture to saucepan and stir. Once cooled (about 5 minutes), discard orange peel. Add raisins and cinnamon stick and simmer over medium high heat for 5-10 minutes stirring frequently. Remove cinnamon and chill before serving
