In a medium bowl toss chickpeas with a splash of olive oil
Preheat oven to 350
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes
After baked place chickpeas in a bowl add your preferred spices and toss
Return to baking sheet for another 10 minutes
