- Thaw edamame for approx. 1 hour in strainer, then spread over clean dish towel and pat dry if needed.
- In mixing bowl, toss edmame with olive oil, salt & pepper.
- Spread edamame in single layer on a sheet pan and roast at 375* for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Watch for edamame to begin puffing and turning golden-brown.
