Heart-healthy, crunchy seasoned potatoes
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Coat a baking sheet with olive oil spray, and arrange potatoes on the sheet in a single layer.
Spray tops of potatoes with olive oil spray, and sprinkle seasonings over potatoes.
Bake for 20 minutes, stir potatoes, and bake for an additional 5-15 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
I used Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute. These are good served alongside a bison burger on toasted whole wheat buns.
