Infused with fresh garlic and Parmesan this bread makes fantastic garlic bread/toast. a couple of tablespoons of pesto can be added as well.
roast garlic in oven at 350 for 35-40 minutes, cutting off top and drizzling with olive oil let cool and squeeze out garlic. add 1/4 parmesan and mash with a fork to combine.
in the bowl of the mixer, add flour, salt, and yeast. Using dough hook, combine with water, and garlic mixer. spray top of dough with olive oil, cover and let rise. can be refrigerated 3-10 hours and risen for 12-18.
shape and let rise.
preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray top of dough with water and sprinkle with parmesan. using a peel, add dough to pizza stone. reduce heat to 425, bake for 45-50 minutes or until center reads 205 degrees. then bake 5 minutes longer to ensure center is baked through.
cool on rack.
Add pesto to garlic and parmesan as you mash them together.
