A simple and flavourful mashed potato side dish
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Cut top off of garlic head, drissle with oil
Wrap in foil and bake for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes
Separate cloves and extract pulp.
Set aside and discard skins
Boil potatoes until tender, approximately 15 minutes.
Drain potatoes.
Heat milk in pan add potatoes, salt, pepper and beat with mixer, until smooth.
Add garlic pulp and stir well
Serve.
