1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Cut off the top of the garlic (NOT the side with the roots)
3. Wrap in foil with a little water inside. Cook in a muffin tin for 30-40 minutes.
4. Allow the garlic to cool and then squeeze it out.
