Heat oven to 375. Divide and clean pears. Mix oats, flour, almonds, 2 T honey, cinnamon, salt & 2 T EVOO and mix to combine. Brush pears with 1 t EVOO and place in a baking dish. Put 1/4 of the oat mixture in each pear. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until pears are fork tender. Mix 1 T honey with yogurt and garnish beneath each pear.
