Im not really a pepper person but this is good!!
Preheat oven to 375
In a Pyrex pan place sliced peppers on bottom.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Add sliced hotdogs and onions
Cover with sauce
Cook another 20 minutes.
Enjoy!!
