In 9x13 pan mix Oil & Vinegar, coat Mushrooms, leave in pan. Add Garlic & Peppers, salt & pepper to taste. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Mix Butter and other spices. Add to Mushrooms before serving.
May serve over pasta, rice, meats or served alone.
