Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover bottom of 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut potato in wedges. Each potato will cut into 8 wedges. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, dry mustard, salt, pepper, rosemar and sugar with a wisk. In large bowl, add potato wedges. Pour 1/4 cup of water over the potato wedges. Pour the oil and seasoning mixture over the potatoes in the large bowl. Toss wedges with your hands. Place wedges in a single layer on the prepared pan and drizzle any remaining liquid left in the bowl over the potatoes. Bake until tender and golden brown, about 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately. Can also be served at room temperature.
Great with Blue Cheese Dressing. Can also serve with Ranch or Ketchup.
