Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut potatoes into half-inch to 1-inch cubes. Put olive oil in a large bowl and toss the potatoes in the bowl to cover them with the oil. Combine and mix spices in a separate bowl and pour them on potatoes. Toss the potatoes in the bowl to distribute the spices evenly over the potatoes. Spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray, spread potatoes on the pan in one layer, and cook potatoes in the pan for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly crispy. Stir potatoes after 15 minutes of baking.
