Roasted red grapes with himilayan salt, olive oil
Place a bag of red grapes in a large bowl... stems still attached. You can trim them into more manageable bunches if needed. Drizzle with olive oil and pink salt. Strip fresh Rosemary leaves from stems and sprinkle over grapes. Toss to coat. Place in oven roasting pan at 350 degrees. Cook until desired doneness. Eat while fresh from the oven. The longer they sit the more intense and sugary they become. Flavor was best within an hour after cooking.
