Suggest a better descriptionPreheat the oven to 200 C. Remove the crust from your ciabatta and chop the bread finely. Put the bread into the bowl with the sun dried tomatoes, olives, pine nuts and basil and mix together, loosening with a couple of lugs of olive oil.
Season the fish inside and out and place on an oiled baking tray or pan. Stuff the insides with bread mixture, pushing some into the scored slits and sprinkling any extra around the fish. Roast at the top of the oven for around 20 minutes until the fish is cooked.
