Suggest a better descriptionPrehead the oven to 375 degrees.
Place red potatoes into 9x13 glass pan.
Place butter slices over the potatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add green onions over the top.
Cook for 30 minutes, then mix up the potatoes so they don't stick to the pan.
Put back in the oven for another 15 minutes and then mix again.
Change the temperature to 425 degrees and cook for another 15 minutes.
If the potatoes still aren't crispy, turn on the broiler and cook for 5 more minutes.
