Scrub potatoes.
Cut in half.
Combine oil and herbs in large bowl.
Mix in potatoes.
Spray large baking sheet with Pam.
Spread potato mixture evenly on baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
