2. Combine marmalade, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic in small bowl.
Arrange salmon, skin down, on baking sheet; foil lined w/ cooking spray.
Brush evenly with half of marmalade mixture.
Bake at 450 for 4 mins.
3. Heat broiler to high (do not remove fish); broil 6 mins.
Spoon remaining mixture onto center of fillets; broil additional 3 mins (desired doneness).
Sprinkle with onions, serve with lemon wedges.
