1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Toss the chunks with oil, italian seasoning and salt. Optional: Instead of oil, just spray with Pam until coated.
3. Put the squash on baking sheet and roast for a total of 25 minutes, turning the chunks half way through.
4. Squash is done when it is fork tender and slightly browned.
