Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Wash and dry sweet potatoes (leave unpeeled). Cut into sticks, roughly 1 cm thick. Place on a large baking sheet and toss with remaining ingredients. Lay out in a single layer. Roast for 25 minutes on the bottom rack. Flip. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork and lightly browned.
