Put potatoes on baking plan.
Sprinkle evoo, pepper, cinnamon over potatoes. Stir around on pan to coat.
Put in oven at 350 for 35 minutes.
Dice up apples and toss in bowl with rosemary and evoo after squeezing lemon juice over them to retain color.
20 minutes after putting potatoes into oven, put in apples on another baking sheet on one side, walnuts on other side with slight evoo, salt added.
Pull sweet potatoes and mash in bowl.
Stir in apples and walnuts, so they aren't mashed.
