Suggest a better descriptionClarion Ledger Recipes, 11/19/97 Heat oven to 375*. Place sweet potato chunks onto a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic and toss to coat. Spread out in one layer on baking sheet. Roast 30-35 min, turning once with spatula, or until potatoes are cooked through and begin to brown.
