Oven roasted tomato, onion and garlic sauce
This is just the base of the sauce. After making this, you can turn the sauce in the direction that you need it to go (spicy, herbal, mexican, pizza, etc.)
First, skin the onions.
Then, put tomatoes, onions, and garlic into an oven pan.
Sprinkle the ingredients with the olive oil.
Turn your oven on the highest setting.
Cook the ingredients until the outside of the tomatoes and onion are charred.
Remove the core from the tomatoes, then put all ingredients into a food processor (or a bowl and use a handheld mixer) and lightly pulse chop the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste while pulsing.
