Suggest a better descriptionSaute the dried cranberries and red onion in olive oil for about 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Add one tbspn water to keep ingredients moist. Set cranberry compote aside. Slice the focaccia in half, then slice horizontally to create the top and bottom sandwich portions. Cover the bottom half of the focaccia with cranberry compote and top with turkey and slice of cheese. Put top on Sandwich and gill on med high heat, both sides.
