season chop with basil, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. sauté in garlic with pam each side about 3 mins or until golden. remove from heat. place diced eggplant in the same pan. add some more garlic if needed to the pan, add lemon juice. make a salad w the romaine and 1/2 of the strawberries. use left over strawberries for dessert. wafer on side
