2. Trim the leaves and about 1 inch of the core from the cauliflower. Place it, stem side down. Add 1/2 cup water and cover with foil. Roast for 30 min.
3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Insert garlic slices between the grooves on the cauliflower. Roast uncovered about 30 min
4. Sprinkle with basil and oregano.
