CAKE:
1. Bring butter, water and cocoa to boil.
2. Add flour, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir together.
3. Add eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla.
4. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes.
FROSTING:
1. Bring all ingredients to boil, stirring constantly.
Pour frosting over cake while hot. Let cool and serve.
