This pudding is the best way to use 2 or
3 days old bread so that it won't go to
waste! Hmmm!!
Preheat oven to 180•C and smear a oventray
of 26 cm with butter. Whisk die milk, sugar,
eggs, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract together.
Place cutted bread facing to the top with sharp
edges and sprinkle raisins in between in the
oven tray. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the
bread. Put the oven tray in a bigger bowl with
warm water. Bake for 30 minutes, sprinkle a slightly
cinnamon over and bake for another 30 - 40 minutes
till golden brown and firm. Let it cool. Serve with
homemade custard!
