Suggest a better descriptionPlace game hens in a casserole dish breast side up. Mix together next three ingredients and spoon over hens. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes, basting now and then. Serve with fluffy rice, spooning sauce over rice. Serves 6-8. Leave hens whole if you wish and you can also stuff them.
