Suggest a better descriptionPut the honey in a stainless steel container and put it into the pit for about 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. The honey takes on a nice, smokey flavor. Then remove it from the pit and add an equal amount of yellow mustard to the honey, followed by a half a cup of BBQ sauce, and two tablespoons of butter. Heat and stir until butter melts and ingredients are mixed well. Then with a good paint brush style basting brush, coat the ribs liberally as they come out of the pit. Theyre hot enough to melt the mixture forming a nice, sweet & tangy glaze. Recipe by: Rock McNelly
