Suggest a better descriptionRoast all the chiles in a large pot for about 3 min until color changes slightly darker
Add oil, garlic, all spices, and chipotle puree. Saute until garlic is softened and browned just a bit. Don't overcook garlic.
Add water and simmer for 10 minutes. Do not discard water
Add tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes
Add all ingredients including cilantro and blend well in vitamix until smooth
