Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 375 degrees and boil lasagna noodles. Heat 2 Tbs. of olive oil over medium heat cooking sausage about ten minutes. Put sausage in large bowl. Heat remaining oil, cook onion about 3 minutes, cook garlic about 1 minute. Pour in broth, cook 1 minute. Stir in tomatoe, basil, salt, pepper and cook 10 minutes. Mix Ricotta cheese, mozzarella, peas, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper & nutmeg to sausage. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with one cup of sauce. Spread a dallop of sausage mixture on the end of a noodle and roll-up. Top with remaining sauce bake 30 to 40 mintues. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
