Peggy's (mom) Peggy gave me the ingredients only
Preheat oven 350 deg.
Mix yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 c warm water (110 degs.) and let set 5-10 min.
Mix 4 C Flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. whisk to combine and set aside.
Put 4 C flour in large bowl
mix wet ingredients
add wet ingredients to the 4 C of Flour in the large bowl and mix
add remaining flour, sugar, and salt. mix
knead 5 minutes and let rise until doubled in size. (Around an hour)
punch down, make rolls (35g ea.), let rise
Bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes
