1. Dissolve yeast in 3 tbs warm water.
2. Cut butter into flour and mix in all ingredients into a soft doug (it is usually sticky). Refrigerate overnihgt - covered
3. 3 hours before cooking take out of refrigerator and make into rolls. We roll it out and cut out circles with the edge of a glass. Make sure you use plenty of flour when rolling out and on the edge of the glass.
4. Put melted butter into pans and dip roll in butter. Both sides and fold in haf and place in pan. (Just put the melted butter in the pan that you are putting the rolls in.
5. Let rise to about double and bake 375 degress for about 15 minutes or until light brown.
Note: You can also make the rolls by just rolling into small balls and putting them into a muffin tin with a small amount of melted butter.
