Mexican Casserole with fritos
1. Brown meat.
2. Add chopped onions and beans.
3. Add chili powder, oregano , tomato sauce and olives.
4.Simmer.
5. Mix cottage cheese and sour cream together.
6. Cover bottom of casserole dish with crushed fritos.
7. Layer the meat mixture and then the cottage cheese and sour cream mixture.
8. Cover with shredded cheese and another layer of crushed fritos.
9. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
