A delicious, hearty, and spicy version of the Southwestern standard.
Cut the chicken tenderloins into 1/2" pieces
Combine Marinade spices, minced garlic, and lime juice and coat the chicken pieces
Cover and marinate at least an hour, preferably longer
In a large saucepan, cook the onion and the garlic in the oil until the onion is softened.
Add the chilies, tomatoes with their juice, broth, lemon pepper, Worcestershire, chili powder, cumin, chicken, and cilantro.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the sour cream, salt, and pepper and garnish each portion with the tortilla chips.
Serve and enjoy!
