Sprinkle coconut, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly on top. 4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top. 5. Sprinkle pecans evenly on top 6. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven 3 minutes. When cool, cut into bars. Makes about 24. Typed by R.
