Sweet and tangy pork chops for something different, from my mother-in-law.
Coat pork chops in flour, salt and pepper. Pan fry in oil until almost done. Add enough orange juice to cover the pork chops, and a little garlic. I use about 1 tsp, but I like garlic. You can use less. Cover and simmer until the juice starts to thicken. Serve with white rice and broccoli.
