Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Melt the butter, then add the rosemary, cayenne, sugar, and salt. Mix. Add the nuts and mix until nuts are evenly coated. Spread the nuts out on an ungreased baking sheet and bake about 10-12 minutes. Let cool, and serve cold.
Can saute as well for quicker results. Saute few minutes, then let cool. Nuts will harden as they cool.
