Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Place flour, sugar, 2 tsp rosemary and salt in a food processor, pulse until blended. Add warm milk, egg and yeast mixture, pulse until almost blended. Add oil until dough pulls away from sides and begins to form a ball. Process to knead dough. Transfer dough to a greased bowl. Cover, let rise in a warm place until doubled. PUNCH down dough. Turn onto a floured surface, divide, shape into 12 balls. Roll each into a 15" rope. Starting at one end, wrap dough around itself to form a coil. Tuck end under, pinch to seal. Place on greased baking sheets, let rise until doubled. For egg wash, whisk egg yolk and milk, brush over rolls. Sprinkle with remaining rosemary. Bake at 350 degrees for 22 min. or until golden brown. Remove from pans. SERVE warm...
