In a bowl, mix together the onion, rosemary, oregano and butter. Place chicken in a glass dish in a single layer. Cover with the butter mixture and allow to marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350F.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the chicken and bake for 20 minutes.
Top with the tomatoes and feta and bake for another 20 minute or until the chicken is cooked and the juices run clear.
