Suggest a better description1 Combine the flour, sugar, ½ tsp, salt and the yeast in a large bowl. Stir in 1 cup warm water and 2 tbsp oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
2 Cover and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes. Punch the dough down. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes longer
3 Flour a round stone. Punch the dough down and press into stone. Press indentations over the surface of the dough using a round spoon handle.
Spread the remaining oil over the dough. Sprinkle with the rosemary and remaining salt. Cover and let rise for 15 minute.
4 Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400F. Bake the focaccia until golden brown, 20-30 minutes. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a
wire rack to cool completely.
