Suggest a better description1. Pre-heat oven to 325°F. Score ham- making diagonal cuts 1/4 inch deep (diamond pattern) insert oven thermometer in Center of ham- do not touch bone. Roast 1 - 3/4 hours or 1 hour for boneless ham.
2. Combine 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 3 tablespoons mustard, and Rosemary. Brush it over ham. Roast another 15 minutes. The glaze. Combine in 2 quart saucepan remaining brown sugar, pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup mustard. Bring to a boil on medium heat, stir often. Remove 1/2 cup to brushen ham. Set aside.
3. Bake ham 30 minutes more or until thermometer registers 140°F- brush 1/2 cup glaze after done baking. Later add pineapple to remaining glaze in sauce pan. Bring to boil- reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes. Transfer ham to serving platter. Slice and serve ham and pineapple sauce.
