Set oven on 350 Degrees. Take thawed or fresh Mahi Mahi and place in baking dish or foil. Add seasonings and bake.
Take Asparagus and do the same as above in it's own baking dish or foil and bake.
Cook brown rice and add as side dish and enjoy!
