Rub chicken in rosemary, salt and pepper. Saute chicken in olive oil until both sides brown. Pour wine over cover and simmer until chicken is tender. Place in baking dish with tsp of wine. Top with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
