Par boil the potatoes in salted water until just cooked but still firm. Slice in half. Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. Add the potatoes and Minced Garlic and fry gently until browned evenly. Add the Rosemary and Chives and stir fry for 1-2 minutes more. Season with salt and Pepper.
