Peel and cut potatoes and put in bottom of crock pot. Pour frozen beans over the them and top with turkey thighs.
Mix remaining ingredients until smooth, pour over other ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Remove turkey and vegetables to platter. Stir sauce and use for gravy.
