After browning hamburger and sausage, add pepper, scallions, tomato and picante sauce. Add cubed Velvetta and cheddar cheese. Stir over medium heat until cheese is thoroughly melted and blended.
It is best kept in a low heat crockpot so it remains soft enough for dipping.
