1. Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker.
2. Combine seasoning packet, water, garlic, parsley, and thyme. Mix until blended. Pour over meat and vegetables. Stir ingredients until everything in slow cooker is coated.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or HIGH for 5 hours. Stir before serving.
NOTE: For best results DO NOT stir occasionally.
