1. take 2 cups in a mixing bowl
2. Add salt to water and pour it into the aata bowl
3 now mix until dough takes the shape of a ball
4. knead the dough for 2min
5.rest the dough for 30min
6. make lemon sized balls and dust them with aata or maida flour
7. now keep it on pre heated roti maker and press ,then flip it until small bubbles start appearing on one side , then flip the roti and place the lid , roti is done
